In the Manpower Planning the entire resume forwarded to our esteemed client as per their requirements discussed verbally or on mail will remain property of SKILLSMANTRA CONSULTANTS. The candidates selected from our pool of resume by your esteemed organization at the first time or against any subsequent requirement will be considered as manpower consultancy provided by us. Also if a candidate rejected by you at an interview be selected later through a walk-in-interview or a candidate declines to join your organization at the time of interview but later approaches you directly and joins your organization will be considered to be a manpower consultancy done by us. In either of situation mentioned, the consultancy charges as agreed as will be borne by your esteemed organization.
